Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily office operations and providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events
- Assist in accounts payable and receivable preparations
- Handle incoming calls and other communications
- Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: copying, faxing, mailing, digital-mailing, social media and filing
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
- Assist with credentialing functions such as onboarding new credential candidates and maintaining credential and church records. - - Maintaining online website, Producing monthly newsletters using mail chimp and other email marketing platforms. - Able to coordinate events and other gatherings.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an office administrator or relevant administrative role
- Proficiency in calendar management software and MS Office (Word, Excel, Publisher, Outlook 365)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of basic bookkeeping and Word Press Skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Familiarity with phone systems - Able to work independantly
